PASTORAL VOTE – MARCH 7
Pastoral Vote – Sunday, March 7th following Worship. Pastor Rick is currently in his second year of an initial two year call here at FWC. It is now time for the renewal of his call. We encourage all members to remain briefly after the service on March 7th for the vote. Additional information will be provided by the LBA. Absentee ballots are available, contact Jennifer Stoutenburg at 888-4501 or jstoutenburg@firstwesleyan.org.

ONLY TWO MORE WEEKS TO SIGN UP FOR THE LIVE IT OUT EVENT!
On March 6th work teams will be serving Christian agencies all over High Point. Fill out the Work Team Application in your bulletin & come by the Mission’s Table in the Main Foyer to sign up. We need all kinds of skills, gifts & talents.

Please join us for a special time of enrichment on Sunday, February 28th in the Auditorium during the Sunday School hour. Dr. Jim Lo is a former Missionary to Africa and Cambodia, and a dynamic speaker.

REVELATION SERIES CONTINUES – SUNDAYS, FEB 21 & FEB 28
The Unveiling, Pastor Rick’s intensive, verse-by-verse examination of the book of Revelation will continue in a study on Sunday, Feb 21 (due to the snow in January) and next Sunday, February 28 in Room 108 from 4-5:30pm.
This will be an interactive study with the opportunity to ask questions, explore areas of interest and learn what God is doing in our world today and how it relates to the great prophetic passages of the Bible.
We hope you will join us as we continue to study Revelation 6, which chronicles the beginning days of the Tribulation.

LIBRARY VIDEO SALE
All Video Cassettes in the Church Library are being sold for $1.00 each. Proceeds from the sale will be used to buy books.

CPAS SEASON PASSES STILL ON SALE SUNDAY!
Season Tickets for the Compassion Performing Arts Series are still available to purchase! We will be taking a break from selling this Sunday, but we’ll be back in the foyer NEXT SUNDAY, February 28th. You can pick up your tickets then, too.
You can also stop by the church office during regular business hours to place your order or pick up your tickets. Office Hours for tickets are Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm or Friday 9am – 1pm.

BAND OF BROTHERS BREAKFAST
Men of the church! Come to the next, Band of Brothers Breakfast, Saturday, February 27 from 8-9:30am (4th Saturday every month).
We will meet at Greenwood Hills Wesleyan Church, 2937 N. Main St., High Point. Our speaker will be Jeff Foster from Feed the Need.
There is no cost, but donations will be accepted.
Bring your hiking boots, water bottle and a snack (or picnic lunch if you can carry it) --- we're going hiking after breakfast! More details to come.

KAVANAUGH BABY SHOWER
There will be a baby shower for Heather Kavanaugh (Pastor Rick’s sister-in-law) next Saturday, February 27 at 10am at the home of Jennifer Wooten, 1207 Westminster Drive, High Point.
They are registered at Babies R US and are expecting a little boy.
