NEWSONG VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TOUR
Our last concert in the 2009 CPAS series is Monday, November 30th with
Newsong, Big Daddy Weave, and Francesca Battistelli! Tickets are going
fast! Get your tickets at the church office during our regular office
hours, Bicycle Toy & Hobby, Oak Hollow Thrift Shop, or itickets.com!
The following teams of volunteers are needed:
Greeters Ticket Takers Merchandise Sales
Sunday Nov 29th Set-up Clean-up Crew
Please contact the church office as soon as possible for more information
and to sign-up! You may also sign-up after the service this Sunday at the
Main Foyer Welcome Center.
· If you are a season ticket holder and you have tickets you will not be
using please turn them in to the church office during regular hours or the
box office no later than 6:30pm Monday, November 30th.

POINSETTIA ORDERS
You can place an order this Sunday for a poinsettia in honor of or in memory
of a friend or relative and help us decorate the sanctuary for Christmas.
An ordering envelope will be included in your bulletin this Sunday.
Deadline for orders to be turned in to the church office is Monday, November
30th.

SENIOR ADULT CHRISTMAS TRAIN RIDE
Senior Adult Country Christmas Train Ride at Denton Farm Park, Friday
Evening, December 18th from 6-9pm. Ride the Handy Dandy RR and see the
lights and Nativity movie along the way. Also, hear the silent night story,
sing carols, arts & crafts, general store . Please call Donna at 888-4523
for reservations by December 4th.

2009 CHRISTMAS OUTREACH
This Christmas Season we are providing a number of opportunities to help
families in our own backyard!
Beginning Sunday, November 29th and through the Advent Season we will be
collecting non-perishable foods and other necessities here at the church to
be distributed to West End Ministries and the Asian refugees here in our
congregation.
We will also help sponsor a Christmas event for the women of Leslie's House
on Thursday evening, December 10th called "Queen for a Night"

Oak Hollow Thrift Shop Needs Volunteers! We would love to have volunteers
for a hour or two any day, any time. Please call the Thrift Shop at

CHURCH OFFICE HOLIDAY HOURS
The church office will be closing at 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 25th and
will be closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th in
celebration of Thanksgiving!

SENIOR ADULT CHRISTMAS DINNER
The Senior Adults Christmas Dinner will be 6:00pm on Thursday, December 3rd
at the Parker Center. Following dinner The Golden Tones will present a
musical drama "Christmas Celery."

By making us aware of your hospital stay, you can ensure that proper
ministry outreach can happen. We do not want to miss the opportunity to
